Our robots may be more interested in calculating prime numbers and reading historical literature than singing carols around the Christmas tree, but they still want to find new homes for the holidays. Surprise the nerd in your life this holiday season with a one-of-a-kind robot creation.

For those of you in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area, you can see us on TV tomorrow, October 15. We’ll be filming a live Nerdbots story around 7:30 a.m. on KCWE Channel 29. A second live airing will happen around 8:15 or 8:30 a.m., also on Channel 29. And if you miss both of those airings, a taped story should play on the 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. news on KMBC Channel 9. Set your DVRs!

We’re excited to be participating in this year’s Hobbs Open Studio tour October 16-18. Join us in our new, larger studio space for delicious food, drinks and great company. Don’t forget to check out the over 20 other artists in our building who are also participating.

Stop by Friday, October 16, from 6-10 p.m., Saturday, October 17, from 1-4 p.m. or Sunday, October 18, from 1-4 p.m.

The Hobbs Building is located at 1427 West 9th Street in Kansas City’s West Bottoms. Nerd Headquarters are on the 3rd floor in studio 304.
